I was just asked to take over a local middle school football team. Theyve had 2 coaches leave this season Im interested in taking over, but it will be no small task. I played QB, TE, and LB in High School, Ive also coached middle school flag for several years. Im glad I have a variety of knowledge basses, to draw from, but Ive never developed a complete playbook. (Aside from madden haha) Any tips, or interest in making a video discussing how you may handle a situation like this?
