Multiple Sclerosis, Rituximab, Hypogammaglobulinemia and Risk of Infections

I am a 54 year old doctor. BMI 26 VO2 max 46 comorbidity zero. I was diagnosed MS 2006. Used Avonex till 2018. In that time, used solumed once and had a single relapse. I had my first relapse in November 2024 with a tumefactive lesion in the pons, presented as a TMJ disorder. I am now set to resume DMD and i am doing the home work. I can get Rituximab locally; I live in the Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago and i would like to enroll in the Kaiser Permanente MS program as an INTERNATIONAL PATIENT. I have been running since 2019, set to run my 3rd half marathon, dosing on lots of sunlight and practically abandoned by love of beer drinking because I could feel the impact on recovery, even a single pint. I am 54 years old, and i start on this drug this coming Saturday after having Lymphoma.
