They are protected by the legal principle of vicarious liability, which holds an employer responsible for the actions of their employees while they are acting within the scope of their employment. The recourse for the family is to sue the DOH, an internal investigation will be conducted. Condolences to the family.

Hi I think the nurses who assist her they are responsible what they did the truth must come out this must b investigate something went wrong there she was healthy and all of the sudden the both deceased the nurses are responsible for the deaths I hope justice will be served for her

From what i heard he said he had gone to buy food and when they came back they were told the sad news. They never got to give her the food

They not sure how many injections they gave her, they overdosed her with painkillers.
