Why get rid of a player that is doing a good job on the team? The Saints need a full reformation and starting with young, good players with a few mediocre seasons in order to give them experience and growth, but we also need good veterans and players that are showing some effectiveness to be leaders. He is a good example and a leading player that should be kept.

McKinstry's 0 INT in his senior year still worries me. Would need a 3rd and a bit. Jordan: No, we wouldn't get anything for him, and Jordan would just retire if he were traded, IMO, so I don't see it even going through. Olave: No, we simply don't have enough at WR to be able to do it. Would need at least a 3rd and 6th or a 2nd.

I disagree, you need to trade away the players with expensive contracts to reset the salary cap. That way when you have needs to address, you can sign a really good player in free agency, which we can't do now on a consistent basis because the capnis screwed. You may be worse next year, but sometimes it has to get worse before it can get better.
