@@markhymel2328I agree he is the bigger problem right now I think Sean Payton covered him up a lot hopefully we can hire another great coach that can cover him up as well bc sadly Mickey is basically untouchable! Plus we really need an offensive minded head coach!

Yep... It's the kind of signing that goes way back.. Even in the 70s an 80s an 90s many times saints sign a great player then fell on his face.. The only time veteran signings worked for us was Sean Payton Days.. He signed Drew Bress,,Darren Sharper,,, John Vilma, Jeremy Shockey,,, Max Unger,,, I know I'm missing othes

What would you get for him ? He has not been good or a good pick up. Should’ve never let Trey Hendrickson go. Top five in sacks the last year we had him and every year since. It’s time for a new head coach and a new general manager. Mickey Loomis got us in an absolute mess.!

Look right now if another team wants some of our players it's hard to turn away deals that could help the team for the future. This team isn't going anywhere and are old as hell with too many bad contracts. Saints need the draft capital bad get rid of his deal. He hasn't done enough to keep him for the future anyways.

Bruh, the Saints don't have but maybe a handful of players that teams may be interested in. With these bad contracts and injuries over the years, nobody overpaying for a used car on a lemon lot.

The sun has set on Gale Benson, Mickey Loomis, Dennis Allen, Derek Carr, Cam Jordan and Tyrann Mathieu. Saints need a reset. Sell the team, hire a legitimate GM and head coach. Get rid of all players over 28 years old. The rest will take care of itself.

Play the rest of the season with what you got. Try to make the best of it. When your starters are back near the end of the season, win some of your remaining games. But when the off season comes, have all your players work on maximum Physical CONDITIONING! Why? Why not, the team fell short of having a record breaking season because of one thing, injuries! Your biggest weakness has been Losing your key players. The Eagles game started it all. They literally manhandled the Saints that game. Players have been going down ever since.. Get that worked out for next season.

Get rid of everyone you can, collect all the draft picks you can, FIRE Dennis Allen, and put a brand new, young team on the field next year. We won't win much, but we aren't winning now, and at least we will be moving in a positive direction for the future.

No no no. You have to look beyond the results. It’s all about the number of years for DA in his fourth year. That’s when all the 38 year old players figure it out and the start winning multiple super bowls. DA will go to the Hall of Fame like the other coaches who had 4 or 5 years.
