I water fast 3 times a year and I am up to water fasting 5 days at a time now. As humans we have mechanisms to go without food for many days at a time. The only people that can't are those with a diseased liver or kidneys because these are the two tissues that orchestrate the hormones and biochemical processes needed in order to fast. BTW if you want to try fasting which is by far the healthiest thing you can do for yourself first you need to get your liver and kidneys a check-up by me or another doctor, and I would start with 24 hours first and work up from there. I have a playlist about benefits, what to expect, and possible bad reactions over on my channel. I would recommend watching this playlist before attempting a fast.

Well I am a Intensive care nurse, I worked in the emergency rooms as well in Berlin for many years, when you would come up like that... we can't do anything! Nobody comes to the hospital in reality and tell us they have no food, they come up with another story where they very well know we have to check on that issue!

The people who get scammed all start out saying how aware they are of scammers and they're not looking for love, yet they miss the flashing red lights every time. Quick personal connection from a stranger, flattery, flattery, declarations of personal wealth, employment status and philanthropy, flattery, flattery, then sudden requests for money for the weirdest reasons - no money for food, work equipment failure, family illness, legal problems etc etc etc. My line in the sand is that NONE of my friends, lovers, relatives have ever asked me for a loan for anything more than a cup of coffee. I feel sad that these victims self esteem is so low that they are susceptible to these attacks and the money for love line blurs.

I’ve noticed that a lot of the people that have been successfully scammed haven’t dated since the 70s or 80s. A lot of widows/divorcees that got married as soon as they left high school.
