Hi, im trying to find the Hitec Flash 8 Radio, could you give me any information on that? it seems like the kind of radio im looking for, something easy to program as far as i can tell. thanks!

I agree. The servo throws on the radio default to 100 percent, but still not enough throw for controlled 3D, at least for me. On the other hand, I can fly 3D all day with my Multiplex ParkMaster Pro. A Hitec tech in Yuma, Arizona left a friendly comment on the article, inviting me out there to fly some 3D with the AcroMaster. It isn't too far a drive from me and I might take him up on the offer.
