It would be nice if tower hobbies & Horizon Hobby would include a spinner with the plane. They have stopped doing so but theres no indication of not including it , so when you get it you have to complain . This spinner is 5 1/4 . They discontinued the spinner but it says on backorder for 3 years now. Also, make sure you want this plane from Power & horizon because they will not cancel you order once it is placed , not ever 30 mins afterward. I just ordered one and tried canceling it same day , even calling PayPal , bank and Tower Hobbies, no canceling it. Reading tower hobbies reviews state that some people are having wing fitting to the center second problems . I guess China isn't doing a good job

I just bought two of these for $150 with a bunch of extras! It was an awsesome find! Basically 'barn' finds. Within 2 days, and a new reciever in one of the trucks, I have one running like new! Still need to work on the second one. Looks to need a recoil and a little tinkering.

Scaling down the sound barrier does not make sense lmao. Drag and aerodynamic forces change and increase dramatically as you approach the sound barrier.

I'd like to try my hand at RC flying and appreciate this this beast would require quite a lot of experience to handle effectively. Just purchased one - looks like they fly well! Great video! I don’t think mine has flaps, maybe you added them, I would say yours flys more like a super Cub than a typical standard J3, flaps seemed to really calm down the landing approach! Good job! 👍

Hmm it looks like a textbook "impossible turn" (a real term) too slow on the take off with a climb thats too steep and a turn that is impossible to recover from.

I have one of these in a box with a bunch of parts and haven’t touched it for many years. Today I went on EBay and bought a few used units. Some are complete and some are parts only. I’m going to resurrect mine and finally master it. I also bought a DJI Mini 4 Pro and want to film myself flying the CX2. Could have got a newer helicopter but this is about finishing what I started. I’ve got several projects I’m resuming and quite a few I got rid of. Life changes.
