This one was awesome. Here's a couple of ideas I got from it! -Structure the song out early to not get caught in “the loop” -For designing Super Saws, open a new “doodle prjoect”, make the synths, then bring them into the project. -With Super Saws, There were layers, and the layers were harmonizing -On the top of super saws, cut out the top (The melodic) and replace with a sidechaines “Noise” layer. At that frequency you don’t really hear pitch, and rather than have phasy notes going on, you can get the feel with a steady sidechained noise layer. -Spends 70-100 hours on a song. Good to remember (Could include time your mixing engineer spends on it) -Trivecta layers a lot of percussive and textural stuff on top of his basses an leads (Using Damage samples as part of and on top of mid bass)

Wyatt Christened well I make drum and bass. Neurofunk mainly and I'd love to see some tutorials showing how cubase effects and native plugins can be used to get similar outcomes to those using abelton. Most of the tutorials seem to use Abelton and I'd really like help understanding the tools in cubase if possible. Bit of a selfish request but there you go 😁 Otherwise, appreciate you guys taking the time to help us all understand production better.

As, the Live 9 manual states (p. 314) the EQ Eight and Auto Filter “Clean Circuit” algorithms are now the same.

Love your vids, but as a creator how do you label "the best" in the industry that's kind of relative don't you think? Some of the best music is probably never heard since true creative people tend to be introverts and not sell out to an industry that regurgitates the same sound and ideas over and over just to make money. For example Skrillex he actually pissed off some of the true dubstep artists like Benga to the point that they no longer are a part of the genre.
