This is absolute GOLD. The percussive/glitchy hits are so clean! Unbelievable processing and great use of the Beats Warp mode!

Jesus... I have to watch this whole video again at least 4 more times, because I was learning more in random 5 min clips than I have in my entire 4 year producing journey. Holy.

Great idea for a channel. Always wanted to see how my favorite producers work. KOAN Sound, Joe Ford, and Electric Mantis would be my top 3 to see

Man it is a little surreal seeing the internal organs of this song. Dream Recall is without a doubt my favorite album in years. Thank you so much for providing this Multiplier and thank you Frequent for the great music and usual openness about your methods!

Been looking for a Granulator equivalent for outside of Ableton since I saw Mr. Bill use it in the Collab Alliance. Fruity Granulizer doesn't hold a candle to it. Will have to check out Form and Glitch Machines. Thanks guys!

Hello.. The MAX Granulator is built around the original Granulator by Riccardo Sinigaglia, and the original, bare-bones GUI is still available as a free VST. I'm going to try and link it in a separate reply below, but it you don't see it KZbin has stepped in with a spam filter, and you will have to Google it.

Aah, amazing! Thanks a lot. Can't wait to get home tonight. Reaper (my main DAW) bridges old VSTs like a boss. I'll give the free one a try.
@DjangoFlaherty7 жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing the podcast! I'll be sure to check it out. Reaper like any DAW has its strengths and weaknesses. It's gaining popularity among game sound designers for its immense flexibility, community-built scripts and batch rendering capabilities, but with no bundled sound libraries or instruments, it's not very inviting to music producers, particularly beginners. Its mixing workflow is second to none, its audio editing workflow rivals that of Pro Tools, and it can even do basic video editing. Its MIDI editing could be better in places, but it gets the job done. One of its quirks is that there's only one track type - it can handle audio, video, MIDI, or be a folder or aux send. To a newcommer it might look as if it's only for audio. Setting it up for MIDI takes some fiddling, but once you start saving track templates, the workflow improves dramatically.
