It is because of symmetry that from -inf to -0.5 is equal in are to 0.5 to +inf

A mistake was done in your calculation on the multiplication of the first matrix one at row one column three with matrix two at row 2 column 3 the answer of the multiplication should be 10 you had six.

I think the answer for part (a) should be 0.8085 and not 0.3085 because it's 1- P(z>0.5)= 1- 0.1915= 0.8085. Is this correct?

She looked up the value to infinite CDF output indirectly by a negative, but if you don't have a CDF table that has negative z values, or if you are using something like Matlab's normcdf function, it is going from negative infinite to the value. In this case that is a cumulative probability of 0.69, which is the probability that the value is < 6, thus for > 6 you can take 1 (the sum total probability) - 0.69, which is the probability left over, aka, > 6. This makes the final answer ~ 0.31. May also want to check how you got 0.1915, as it does not equal that for 0.5 either summation direction.
