It would be a pretty fun game if exp was bumped way up, been playing everyday since release and I’m level 14 (four of those levels came from bullying a random in pvp game for weeklies, not kidding 6-0 best of three matches and it got be a bunch of the “play pvp matches” rewards)

The gameplay is actually pretty okay, but literally everything else about this game is horrible. Its glitchy, the PVE element is absolutely horrible, it takes a lifetime to acquire a new character which you can't even try beforehand, and is lacking in overall content

So they've been in a steady decline for several years. The original vibe at ign was great. Now it's very corporate. Their videos often contain misunderstood or outright wrong information. They're also the last to report on anything except for trailers even though they own the majority of game news companies. They give so many games a score of 7 that it's become a meme. Even in this review, full of bad faith consumerism, it gets a classic 7.
