I mean…. It’s not rocket science that things purchased during a beta doesn’t stick. Which is why you don’t purchase during beta, unless it’s solely support for the game. People who played even without spending money (like my son) got a free battle pass and are extremely happy.

@@MrChompeeYT I definitely understand and it’s not right to tell people things will carry over when they won’t. And people who did spend money should definitely get atleast some unique skins or something. My rule of thumb is never spend money on a game in beta that’s going to reset levels, characters etc, unless it’s a founders pack because i absolutely love the game. I did that with lost ark, because I knew it was beta I just messed around never took it seriously. That way if I wanted to spend money on the game i save up my money for the final product.

So somehow I got one more free character than you (not a demo timed character slot). EDIT: This may have been because I was an original Private beta player before the open beta released to the public.
