I'm from Odisha and recently I was in Nagpur for a mini golf championship.. while we stayed in the academy, we used to go for the practice and we noticed the locals "chchhh" (12:05) at us sometimes often asking us to pass the ball. I didn't understand what it was, until one of those guys "chchh-ed" at my niece... Then I confronted him "dude wtf... she's an 8th std kid, do you want me to go to the authorities regarding this? what are you guys even trying to do with that chchhh for the past 3 days..."
