Opinion: Police, civil defence and armed forces personnel deserve higher py and benefits similar to IT employees. They don't get the compensation and facilities that they deswrve considering the risk and uncertainty of their jobs. Hope this improves as the Indian economy grows further. Look how UAE treats their law enforcement personnel. India cam draw inspiration from the same.
