MRVC or Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation was established in the year 1999 by the Railway Ministry and the Government of Maharashtra to have a dedicated body to expand and upgrade the Suburban railway network in the City of Mumbai.

ye naam kisne rakha hai Mumbai Railway VIKAS???😂 Vikas toh kuch bhi nhi hai! Jab dekho crowded, train cancel, no closed doors, stinking, dirty trains! Its been 25 years and still having so many issues. That is not Vikas!
