To be honest I am afraid to come back to India again cause of the food.. I was there in December 2019… -after turning back to my country I was so sick like never before in my life. I agree that utmost care should be taken to keep the food pure but finally it's made by humans and all humans think differently.

That Butter and cheese are generally made out of cheap fats and thats why these stall vendors use it lavishly. The funny part was where even after applying so much butter on the loaves, while grilling the sandwich, the customer said "Thoda butter daalogey toh mazaa ajayega"
