Glitches don't mean cheating. It's an error in the game that allows you to get a Pokemon you normally couldn't get without events. Shaymin has a glitch in Diamond and Pearl as does Darkrai and Arceus. Anyone remember the mew glitch in Red and Green? That's not a cheat either it's the only way to get a legit mew without events that HAD taken place when the games were first released. Some are less advertised than others.
