considering how small the XY dex is, I cant help but feel like those designs are wasted. They all wouldve been good additions to a rather lackluster gen of Pokemon imo. Wonder what led them to be scrapped in the first place. I get time constraints and all, especially making the jump to 3D at the time but they at least couldve brought them back down the line. The cassowary and chameleon designs especially are a loss :(

My question is: Why Giratina in the cut Kalos War backstory? I'm sure it's probably a simple reason like "The artist used their favorite Pokémon for the cutscene." but even then, a wholeass Legendary taking part in another region's lore? Feels weird, especially when ya consider how important Giratina was to the first Legends game & now we have a high possibility that the unused XY concepts might be turning up in Legends ZA. Most likely a coincidence, but really gets ya thinking.

The issue with the "we were robbed" statement is that gamefreak could have easily put the unused designs in a future game because it's been proven before that many game devs go back to the old well. It's gonna be harder now because it's practically unusable

From what I've noticed they haven't straight up reused a beta concept for a future game. Usually elements or ideas from one inspire a future Pokemon but it's never been 1 to 1. But I agree it even less likely we see any elements from these in future designs 😅

There was a video done by another pokemon youtuber named Hybridhero who recently covered over the typhlosion lore story. After the story was translated to english by machines, it was taken out of context then we all originally thought. Some words were meant to have different meaning and natural japanese speakers clarified the story. Nevertheless it really interesting. Appreciate the content you roll out munch, munch love🧡.

I think the main issue is probably the schedule. They had to translate these into 3D models, and the models probably take some time to develop. With the super tight schedule they were working on, they had to cut a lot of corners, and that meant worse designs with fewer details.

Some of the beta designs are really cool but most of them are not better that the final versions. Also it's not always about what looks better, sometimes they prioritize something that fits well with the game it's gonna be debuting at.

90% is not accurate. to you maybe, but i find that both ai slop pokemon and little Timmy's oc Pokemon designs get just as much praise for their designs not because they are good but because people just want MORE, or want to find ways to compare it to game freaks incompetence. and will just praise anything. the bar is so low for standards. what people don't realize is a pokemon design can't appeal to everyone, it's impossible, you can make a bunch of popular designs but one of game freaks only redeeming qualities is they make different designs appeal to different people with different personalities and tastes. if you make every mon have the same personality appeal you isolate a ton of people who don't care for it. so when people look at these designs and say wow so much better than

If we use the anime as a kind of way to view how they would have made xyz then this is how it would have been. The game would have been the same up till the end of the main story. After that would be some kind of delta episode. One where the remains of flare are weaponizing a 50% zygarde they got and you go on a journey around kalos obtaining it's fragments and get a 50% form. Then you enter a final battle against someone who has a team of pokemon with their zygarde. After winning the two zygarde would merge together and you would about complete zygarde. Then finally going to a new area we would meet az and he would gift us his special pokemon that we never got. I feel this is how it would have went.

The truth is that there are only two beliefs, there’s good and there’s evil, Jesus Christ is the truth, the light and the life and he is the only one back to the father. Every other belief that is taught is a lie. You can have all the money in the world, all the fame, have alot of friends, own all the properties in the world, get all the instagram followers you want and post all the garbage that you want on all of these satanic sites and services, it all means nothing. If you don’t have Jesus in your heart and in your life you have nothing. The bible says that there’s no name under heaven by which man can be saved and his name is Jesus Christ, that one verse blocks every other religion. Jesus Christ is the only one that can set you free, save you, he shares the gospel and the message of peace, love, righteousness and the truth. You can’t buy enough material possessions to fill the hole in your soul that only Jesus Christ can fill. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galatians and Romans makes it very clear that you cannot be committing the following sins and all of these sins are an abomination, and people living that lifestyle won’t be saved, but the good news is that Jesus made a way for us to be saved, if you sincerely seek him, ask him to change your mind, heart and soul, and ask him to fill you with his holy spirit, you can become one of his followers and a child of God and to be born again, Jesus Christ said you must be born again and we have to make him lord of our lives and be obedient to him and keep his commandments. The reason why people sin, follow fake reIigions and ideologies, and they get into evil sat@nic stuff that comes from the devil is because they did not make Jesus lord of their lives, once you make Jesus lord of your life and you follow him, live by him, and become one of his children you will no longer need the things of this world, Jesus the father, the son and the holy spirit is everything he is the best gift ever, he will bless you with the best life, he is the only way back to the father, and that is Jesus Christ. God sends street preachers, pastors, and ministers and the Bible tells us to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations and people and then the end times will come. Jesus says that I am the way the truth and light and no man comes to the father except for by me, every other belief is of s@tan, there is only one way to get to heaven and that’s through Jesus Christ. No one or anything outside of the gospel and church of Jesus Christ can fix your heart, only God Jesus Christ can fix the heart, and that is the gift of the holy spirit, it is eternal life and the best gift that one can receive. The purpose of your life is to be born again by the holy spirit and to find Jesus Christ, he is the alpha and the omega and no man comes to the father but by him, he is loving kind and patient. If you try to find satisfaction and happiness in materialistic stuff and stuff outside of God, you will not find it, Jesus Christ can fix anyone’s struggles. Jesus Christ can set you free of anything. I encourage you to become a follower of Jesus and to make Jesus lord of your life, if everyone lived like Jesus Christ, picked up their cross everyday, and follow his word this world would have no wars and corruption. A good Bible to read is the king james. NIV, ESV, NKJV are recommended
