1.the only condition for uh is to hold a EU blue card or ICT card and if uh are from skilled professional workforce like doctor, nurse, scientist, engineer.....etc. 2. Not sure but, as long as uh as a EU blue card holder or ICT CARD Holder stays in Germany legally ur parents can live there infinity. 3. No, literally not even A1
