Steamed rice cake with mung bean paste filling, moist and soft
Ingredients: (12x7cm)
150g mung beans
250g water
120g rice flour
40g glutinous rice flour
150g mung bean puree
30g sugar
50g water
250g mung bean puree
35g sugar
1/2 tsp matcha powder (optional)
Steam over high heat for 15 minutes
