MUNICH & SALZBURG in a CAMPERVAN | VAN LIFE Europe Road Trip through Germany & Austria

This is Part 1 of our first European Road Trip in Carlo the Campervan, that we've finally finished converting after 12 months! We've been looking forward to this trip forever, and in this video we'll show you the start of our trip including how we maximised our annual leave to get the most time in Europe, working and visiting Munich and then heading South into Austria to visit Salzburg. We found some great free park ups on the way and a couple of great campsites in the cities.
We used the Park4Night app to find stopovers on the long drive to Munich - we needed 2 - and the flexibility of being able to 'look ahead' 30 mins to find somewhere rather than planning or booking somewhere fixed is great. For example, the first night we managed to get a Eurotunnel an hour earlier so we got much further than we were planning.
