Is it possible to entire route on road bike? What is the earliest month you can go through the Brenner pass? I’m looking at April.

I noticed that we are not allowed to take the bike to lagoon, so how did you managed to take it to the Venice train station then ?

Our customers choose whether they want to stop just outside of Venice and train into the city (this allows them to avoid riding through busy Mestre), or if they want to ride all the way into Piazzale Roma over the car bridge. If they do that, they stay in a hotel near Piazzale Roma that does not require them to pass over any of the bridges into the restricted area.

Amazing! What time of the year was that. And what time do you recommend to do it.

This was in June. The route is best in June and September, but can be done from May to October. May and October are just a little unpredictable and July and August can be very hot in Italy.

This route has quite a bit of gravel, especially through Austria, so it may not be great for a road bike. There also isn't any infrastructure for luggage transfer on the route. April should normally be fine on Brenner, unless you hit it during a snowstorm (there likely will be one or two in April).
