Of the "gland" bosses, this was the hardest. The Reborn a far second and the fire mace guy super easy, beat it on first try without wanting.

I really hated this boss. Whereas (imo) Crucix is harder the first playthru, Tarsus is harder in Obsidian Dark. Way easier to get hit by the environment with Tarsus or some of his weirdly timed attacks. Quick tip: For the resolve, when he's just slowly walking towards you, swing once at him and he almost always dashes back and prepares a charge. That's when I would use my resolve attack, and it's a guaranteed hit.

yes i hated Crucix the most as you had to be fast to respond to his arrow attack as for this guy, i had to make sure am in the middle of the area to avoid the frost damage.-MD

This happened to me before and it infuriated me so much until I figured it out myself. This "attack" is because you're out of bounds and the floor itself is what's damaging you. Don't go too close to the edges and stay near the center

happens to me where he does the attack I I run super far away from him and still just die of the cold or whatever.. I figured I just gotta slap him out of that cold charge when he does it what you can actually do, BUT... sometimes he just dont care and even if you use heavy hit after hit.. its so dumb.. game got some big inconsistencies but oh well still fun gotta just try until you get em lol

why does the harden form work for you when he does the ice spikes ??? when i ever i do it i always die , no matter what even in harden form .. this is so frustrating cause it instantly freezes me once he starts the attack .. i cant even dodge that ..

Can't even get to a second form his reach is just too big how are you supposed to get in close enough to hit him when he can hit you way before you can ever hit him plus the lock on thing can happen till he's again way too close he can already hit you before you could ever lock on broken boss

5-6 times then i mastered parry him at first phase. second phase I just need to know where the safe arena limit so i won't overcorner getting killed by cold because we need run away as far as possible from his ice thorn aoe. I got killed mostly because of Environment hazard. Easy boss the problem fighting him toke too long. This my first blind playthrought and i don't have any decent upgrade for my weapon, my shell. at least hardening mechanic and parrying help me a lot beating him quick and getting free heal.
