मुरमुरे से झटपट बननेवाला ये नास्ता आप एकबार बनाये, मज़ा आजायेगा, सुबह हो या दुपहर कभी भी आप इसे बना सकते हो. ज्यादा सब्जी मिलाकर इसे और हेल्थी बनाया जासकता है.
Ingredients -
250 grams Murmura/Puffed Rice
As required Water
2 tsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
2 tbsp Peanuts/Moongfali
¼ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
2 Chopped Green Chilli
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
As per taste Salt
½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
As required Besan Sev (For Garnishing)
Serve it as breakfast or evening snacks
