Zabardast!!! Your recipes and passion are on point. I have tried your recipes from the puri chanay video and they were perfect. I did skip soaking the chany in soda and instead cooked with soda. It was a small mistake and chanay had a very little bite left to them no matter how much I cooked them. I do want to ask you if you can check out Capri's halwa puri. Their puris have a slightly puffy texture in their layer, as if they have soda or something but I haven't been able to figure out what. Can you crack the code of them?
