The Soviets were expecting a fast, modern Italian Cruiser as reparations but these were stuck in the Mediterranean. I guess WG want people to feel this when they spend 6,000 Steel on an Omaha. I would like to see Arkangelsk in the game - It would be great to see the RN BB Royal Sovereign in Soviet hands I guess it would sit at Tier 4 or Teir 5 level

I originally thought this was a winter coins ship. And that would have made more sense. I just don't see the point for steel. 🤷 For those "ship collectors" I suppose.

You have to apply the Miss Santa guise to the proper commander. Tommyboy probably has a video explaining it 🙂
