It's really heartbreaking that the world's governments are not for their people. The fact that fish in the Amazon are dying off because of mining that really shouldn't have been approved in the first place is very saddening. Hi, Aaron. An item that I my wife and I have donated to orphaned children in the Philippines, Tanzania and Nepal is socks. I don't know if that is the case in the scenarios that you are helping people in, but socks were greatly appreciated by the missionary people that we help in those locations. One time, we got a village a huge supply of pens and paper for their community school so they could have the tools to learn to read and write. I am always glad to watch the videos that MURPHSLIFE posts. God bless you!

It's amazing how so few people together can make a huge difference. We might not be able to make everyone's life a little better. But we can make these few people whole world better. I have to watch these at home now. Every time I can't help the tears, and it gets awkward trying to explain why your crying on a job site every week. Love what this has grown into. My mom is in her 90’s & she has this issue…& in hospice where I worked, it is common for frail, elderly people to have trouble swallowing, including water and liquids. A product called thick-it is what is needed. Thick-it may be the brand name, so more affordable versions must be on the market. I don’t know if u got bed pads, but they are so so helpful to prevent bedding & matresses from getting wet. The large pet pads may be as big, and more affordable.

Fresh water 💧 Murph with village pump I went on a mission trip a while back and installed them the people absolutely love them it’s a hand pump well kinda set up with a filter you throw right in the river and a chlorinated filter inside the unit it’s sick!

Here are my ideas. For hygiene and bathroom: sterile gas pads, nail clippers, hair brushes, disinfectant that does not sting if they are injured (merfen for example make it in spray), bandages. Other ideas: Sewing accessories (threads and needles), brooms, caps, sponges, soap for the floor, plastic basin, dishes that do not break, scissors, tape, thread, cloths, scarf, toilet paper , 2 or 3 high chairs in durable wood for babies (for the family visits ), notebooks+pens, 1 ladder (to fix stuff arround), umbrellas, books+ coloring books (for their familiy visits) , sewing machine, durable stacking chairs, depending on where it is... walking sticks/canes, reading glasses, magnifying glass (many elderly people use them when reading), cushion, waterproof sheets (bed)
