@@DeanSilvester yeah mate it's pretty good when you find nice crystals. But fishing is less labour and tastes better than rocks 🤠. On another note, I'm loving this quantum smoke you gave me but I've just done a doozy and accidentally oiled my anti reverse bearing. My spool went backwards when my lure hit the water and I got a backlash that nightmares are made of 😬. Time for some acetone and a full service.

nice sesh mate. the river is running with nice color as well. never stayed at Ben Falls Retreat but have fished these waters many times from private access i have on each side of the Retreat. we swim the river from hole to hole wen necessary as well, no camera gear lol.

Thanks mate, yep full mountain goat country. Not sure where the bigger cod were this trip, but i love how aggressive all the small ones are so you can throw whatever lures you like
