damn this atmosphere. crazier than any mens doubles final in a Grand Slam.
@RealCraftIV5 жыл бұрын
ucdlin this is what happens when whole countries can get behind a player or in this case, 2. I srsly think grandlams or tennis in general needs some genuine restructuring of its tournaments because when a davis cup match is making the crowd lose their shit harder than a major, theres a srs problem...
@blaynewilson15495 жыл бұрын
@@RealCraftIV the crowd is going nuts because they're fully invested in the players. It's one of their own, playing for them. Meanwhile there are tournaments all over the world. It's nearly, if not completely impossible, to have a home town/country player, who qualified and is playing in that one tournament and could never happen week in and week out. Cant blame that on the tournament or the Grand Slams. The 4 of them are held in some of the richest tennis talent pools and are incredibly lucky to have had one of their countryman represent them in a final, let alone win one.

@@shaneetsaha1176 The Ashes is between Australia and England, not Australia and Great Britain. If this were like the Ashes, neither of the Murrays would be playing!

Jamie shows what touch, finesse and guile can do on the tennis court. Obviously the others are amazing at tennis and have big doubles wins but jamie shows them how to do it...and all without hitting a drive forehand!

It was fantastic, the atmosphere up in Scotland cannot be matched anywhere, which is why the new format of the DC has completely wrecked it.

Murray brothers in Scotland, yeah what support, both amazing players, Jamie so active at the net. I really want to watch the full match. The Australian team was also really good, legendary Hewitt and the fastest server in the world -Groth No wonder it was a close match!

Murray and Murray the best doubles team in the world. Loved this match, but did Hewett and Groth actually really think they were going to win 😂

winning teams always get more highlights than the losing teams
@Nurg19828 жыл бұрын
+Rqe Actually, they're just showing critical points only, so they also showed plenty of Aussie winning shots as both teams won 2 sets. Then maybe some nice rallies here and there which were won by Britain. Anyway, that's the way it is I guess
@jackadam988 жыл бұрын
+Rqe I didnt watch the full game, but the Aussies could have won a lot of points off of British mistakes. It wouldn't be much of a highlight if that was showed. Just my guess other than winning team usually gets more highlights.
