He first has duplicate cards then he uses a card force, then he cut a hole in the duplicate card, and at the tip has an elastic band, and the guard handle has a slot for the card a presses a button, and the tip latches out to make it look like he stabbed them, and with the card spewing out everywhere as a distraction he can press the button.

Starting at 10:10. Watch at 0.25 speed. It's a slight of hand trick. After he throws the cards up. he simply catches (or doesn't throw) three of the cards. once all the cards fall down, he distracts the attention of the audience by stabbing the sword down, but somehow the cards that he caught fly straight onto the sword. This is most likely some sort of string. After this it's all about the acting.

Hes definetly not a comedian but a very good magician trying to be a comedian with very stock standard lines of humour that all magicians seem to use and think are funny....quite bland presentation. The over dubbed in laughter doesnt help.
