Mushi (and yama ofc) punishes mostly anything that has not an Icebreaker since 460's can overmatch a 32mm bow. So it punishes players regardless if they angle or not ^^

@@alexanderkarl1344 You must be really lucky to get your bow overpenned then since a shell going through it usually ends in more armor which leads to Full pens if you flat out shoot it. You only overpen it from broadsides but in that case you would not shoot the bow/stern anyways. You mostly gonna citadel someone through the bow or stern And ricochet does not work since its Overmatch. You will pen a ship regardless of angle if you are able to overmatch the armor. Musashi and Yamato cant ricochet on 32mm Bows and but fullpen and maybe citadel through it. Thats why most people fear it ^^ Side armor usually gets penned through your pen angles. If the angle is too sharp, you gonna shoot the bow since in most cases you autopen it then

@@nicz7694 I don't know what to say. I really never personally struggle against yammy anyways. Overmatch exists at every tier so when I'm playing a T7 or higher against overmatch it doesn't really feel that different than if I'm playing a T5 against it. I think that people who play high tier are just entitled into thinking that their BB's should be invincible and that nothing should be able to counter them(coming from a BB main)

@@alexanderkarl1344 Its not about the overmatch overall, its about Yamato's/Musashi's ability to overmatch 32mm which most BBs are covered in and cruisers aswell of course. Sure there are some with Icebreakers but they don't cover the bow entirely. To overmatch 32mm you need atleast 458mm Guns so Yama and Mushi are the only ones who can do that, Georgia for example only has 457mm which will only overmatch 31mm bows, and by that she will ricochet on 32mm Armor if the angle is enough for that. Yama/Mushi will pen that 32mm regardless of angle. That makes her a threat to almost every ship in the game. You can Bowtank or angle against any other gun with the exception of these 2

I got the mackensen from a German crate today... The accuracy is God-given most of the time (not kidding better than warspite imo) but the oh so far reaching secondaries just lack pen. Very fun though.

in the wows clone called Naval Creed on android, the game introduced Musashi with a slightly better hp pool and put it in right smack in the middle of T9-10...it has a fking AA stat of 21 compared to the regular yamato's 57

I was looking forward to not fighting Yamato's in my tier VII's, I should have known WG would remedy the situation for those people who think aiming is for chuds with Musashi. So much for the idea I'd get to use my Amagi and actually _enjoy_ playing it.
