I’m a 44 yr old mom to two toddlers. Heavy into fitness and lifting heavy from a young age (my 20’s on). Even met my husband in a gym. A former personal trainer (hoping to do it again soon). My pregnancies took a lot out of me and I found myself weak, tired and…fluffy. Nothing wrong with that. Looked for and tried many KZbin workouts that I could do while being a stay at home mom. Nothing stuck and I was very picky b/c of my knowledge. Tried to go on my own but lacked structure and needed to “not think”. I felt defeated and even more tired. Then I found you! I’ve been doing your 30 min workouts consistently and not so consistently sometimes. You’ve got it all Cee! Thank you for doing this. So glad I found you! I feel like myself again and the example I want to be to my little girls. Having my “guns” back is a nice bonus, too ❤

Hi there, I'm doing the full 8 weeks. Good luck with your fitness goals.
@victoriac42939 ай бұрын
I'm doing this for the month of January and I'm definitely finding it to be getting a little easier. Not a lot, but it seems I'm ready to increase the weight. I have a couple of issues, tho. First, I think I may be "maxxed out" on what I can handle at home. I'm lifting 40 pounds for both deadlifts and I'm not sure my back can handle a "bump" to 50 (I have osteoporosis). The other issue is, I've been lifting for at least a year and a half now and I'm not seeing much in the way of results. I've been curling 15 pounds *forever* but an increase to 20 is just not doable (I literally can't do it). What am I doing wrong? I've seen a nutritionist and that was no help (I eat pretty healthy, tho I do need to bump my protein intake). Is it possible to "successfully" lift a weight but not see results because the wrong muscles are being recruited due to the weight actually being too heavy??

I think you may have saved me! I am re-entering the workout space to improve my mind and body; I am starting with low weights and I was able to get through the entire workout with only 1 extra break. The only competition in the room was my mind and body, my body because it's finding strength again and my mind for not letting me give up. The only other thing in the room was you, giving instruction, telling me when to start, and when the last rep was; no saccharine sweet words of encouragement (which I always tell to f-off anyway) or overly loud music.

Searching for an easy to follow (to follow... not do! LOL!) straight forward workout program... so happy I found you! Just watched this to get familiar with the sets to start tomorrow. 3 times a week for 2 months here I go!!!!!

I’ll take the mesoscale challenge and how much gains can be made using the same routine for a month or more. I’m going to create the workout using the exercises you listed in the description and then record my gains every time I do it. Thanks, Cee!

Starting my second week of this workout, I am set to do the same workout for 8 weeks as you suggested. Looking towards increasing my weights further. Thank you CEE!

1/22/24 Why are the first 5 minutes so grueling? And I'm not talking about the warmup, lol! The mental toughness needed to get on the mat and get started is no joke, especially on an icy Monday morning. So proud of myself. And my triceps must be getting stronger. Was able to finish all reps on the third set. Woot! I'll take it! Thanks for a great workout, Cee!

Whoot! I usually do your 20 minute routines. First time today with your new workout. It's a doozie and I will say I could not do the last set of exercises, I just laid there grateful for a rest :) Something to look forward to next time! Thank you as always.

Using weights was my least favorite way to work out until I realized it was because I was doing it incorrectly and not seeing results. Thanks to you Cee, it’s now one of my favorite ways to work out.! Thank you for sharing your good information. Your detailed explanations, warm-ups and cool downs are the best. I’m always looking forward to the next workout with Cee!

Hi, Cheryl. I'm 66 and have been doing your workouts for a year now! I have seen good progress in muscle mass gain in my legs and arms and I feel so much stronger. Unfortunately at the moment, I've been out sick, but am anxious to get back to it. Meanwhile, I decided to take a peek at your 40 min video just to take a look for when I'm ready. I love the idea of an 8 week challenge. If I may make one small comment though, I found the volume of the music a bit too loud. It seemed to compete with your voice and I found it distracting while trying to listen to your instructions. But since I'm familiar with all these exercises from your other videos, it will be easy to turn the volume down and just follow along. Thank you for providing all these workouts for us. You are making such a big difference in so many lives. To be stronger and healthier as we age is such a gift. We love you!

Yes! I recently found you in KZbin and I love your workouts. I am super excited for the 40 minute workout format. 👏👏👏 Do you plan to have a weekly 40 minute workout plan similar to your weekly 30 minute workouts? 🤞 Merry Christmas. I am super excited to continue into the New Year with you. ❤

No she said her 40 min one is longer because there are exercises that must be completed on both sides. It’s the same exercise volume as the thirty. And I believe she will be continuing with 30. I’ve gotten great results with 30 min. More is not necessarily better.
@dinner-at-the-diner10 ай бұрын
she explained this will be ONE same 40 min video to repeat for all 8 weeks. OR you can still go back to doing her weekly 30 min videos 3x a week and change to doing the new 30 min one every week. Point being there IS value to sticking to ONE SAME routine for 8 weeks, as she opens saying

A febbraio spegnerò 55 candeline 🎂,. Spero di arrivarci ancora più in forma grazie a te. Sei fantastica 💪💪💪🔝🔝🔝😍😍
