ONE
1. Single leg RDL 20lb/9kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Bent arm side lateral raise 12.5lb/5.5kg
TWO
1. Front squat 25lb/11kg
2. Bicep curl 17.5lb/8kg
THREE
1. Chest press 25lb/11kg
2. Single arm neutral grip row 25lb/11kg
FOUR
1. Single arm overhead triceps ext 15lb/6.5kg
2. Butterfly crunch

Complete three LIFT WITH CEE full body workouts each week.
You can either:
- Repeat this video 3x/week for a 4-8 week training block (called a mesocycle)
- Pick a different video 3x/week from a 30 min or 40 min workout playlist
Build muscle by consistently increasing the challenge, forcing your body to adapt and grow. When you’re familiar with a workout routine it’s easier to focus on proper form, get a better connection to the target muscle, add in an extra rep and know when it’s time to increase your dumbbell weight!

6-9-23 I just completed this workout and I been hooked on you since January. I have been overweight my entire adult life. I made a decision last September to start weight training. I tried many routines but yours was the only one to stick. My confidence is building. I’m falling in love with myself more and more during this journey. Thank you sooo very much. Glad to hear (see 🙃) you feel better ! Continue like this ! You are 💪💪💪💪 If not the case yet, try to eat more veggies, ideally half of you plate + 1/4 protein (try to include vegetal proteins as well as they are high in fiber and other goodies)+ 1/4 complex carbs. And continue the route of loving yourself and being kind to yourself. We are all imperfectly perfect 😍

@@pamelareid9437 Hi Pam, I do each exercise 3x a week. I'm spreading the 21 workouts in this series over 21 weeks. I'm currently in week 9. The workouts are easy to do and have such an impact on my physique. I love it. Hope you do too. ❤️

Cheryl, thank you from Ireland. 9th Oct workout complete, just turned 60, have always been active & lifting weights the last few years but I’ve only ever enjoyed a weight lifting workout after it’s done, now I find I’m loving it. No jumping around just solid guided safe lifting. Ladies get on board, you’ll be reaping the benefits forever 🏋🏻‍♀️This lady’s the bomb👏🏻🥰

I’ve been doing your workouts 1x/week for 6 months now and have progressed to 2x/ week! I’m getting much stronger and pulling out of a chronic fatigue period in my life. I’m very interested in mobility classes as well- you mentioned them and asked if anyone was interested. I’d like to vote YES! Thank you for all you do- I LOVE your videos.

2/16/24 I am working on my second year doing your videos 3 times a week. I love them and will be using them for the rest of my life. I am 62 years old and have struggled with fatty liver since 2010. The numbers would go up and down but never below 39. I have removed all artificial fragrances, no longer eat much gluten, dairy or corn. I do red light therapy and castor oil packs. All of this has not really had much effect on my numbers. In October of last year (almost one year after starting your programs, and walking every day) my number was 37. Still elevated but finally going down. In January of 2024, my numbers were 9 points below the normal range!!!!!!! I am giving the credit to the weights 3 times a week and walking almost every single day since January 2023. I will not stop. THANK YOU!!!! You are my personal hero!

10-9-23 My seasonal depression is kicking in, and today was the first day where I didn't want to work out. Not just didn't feel like it, but didn't want to do it at all. I followed my normal routine of putting my workout clothes on as soon as I got up and eventually made myself push play. I did it. It's done. I feel better after doing it. Part of what makes your workouts stick is for the first time, I can SEE the results, and I want more, and I want to keep what I can see. So I'm showing up, whether it's a good day or a bad.

7/30/2023 - Another great workout for this week! I've been faithfully doing your 30 minute full body videos 3 times/week for 5 weeks now and actually noticed visible muscles in my back for the first time! So happy I found your workouts. I am 68 years and have been exercising for more than 40 years. I was a marathoner who ran 30 to 50 miles per week and lifted 3 times / week. I was involved in an accident which changed everything. However, I continue to exercise. Your strength training videos give me just what i need 3 times per week. Just finished # 6. Thank you.

CC I am 69 Yrs old and have returned to strength training after doing only cardio work out for 10 years because of a very energetic dog that needed so much exercise. I found your videos right away in my search for a good workout. So glad. In just two weeks I can feel a change in my body already, strength and flexibility. I started with 3-5 pounds to be wise in beginning again but I am ready to increase weight already. I never felt so sore I could not move only a few days of being tight but I worked through. I do training every other day and Pilates alternate days. So Thank you CC. Keep up the good work and so will I.

April 08,2024 had a bad cold/flu last week so only got 2 workouts in. Feeling better so back on track with my workouts. This is one of m y favourite ones. I find when I don't feel like doing my workout, that's when I feel the best after it's completed!

I just turned 40 and I have always been strong naturally. However I don’t want to lose my muscle mass as I age, and certainly want to be more toned all over. These workouts are Awesome! I used 7kgs weights but I am hopeful I will increase to 10-11kgs someday!

Week 5 and going strong! No movement on the scale yet but I am feeling stronger, pants are fitting better and sleeping better. I thought at 60 I was doomed to muffin top forever but with your workouts I know I will be able to melt it away with consistency in working out. I do the 3 different workouts each week (I get bored easily and would avoid particular exercises I don’t like - like lunges- if that was all there was) and love the variety. Keeps me fresh and wanting to come back. Please keep making them ….

10.9.23 This is week 4 of using your workouts 3x’s a week. Love, love, love them! I started lifting weights at age 18 and now I’m 58, in that time I lifted consistently thinking I could back off at age 48. Boy was I wrong, the muscle bank was quickly depleting. Your content has quickly got me back on the right track. Even my scales reflect that. While I’m not worried about weight, I was worried about muscle & bone weight. Just within 2 weeks I can see on my scales that I’m adding muscle and bone. Stronger together, thank you so much Cee💪🏻

7-6-23- This is my first workout with you, and the first workout I have been able to finish and I don't know how long. 56 years old and 30 lb overweight. I'm so desperate to get past the oppression of my weight as it's held me back from doing so many things. Check out whole foods plant based, or just whole foods. There are apps to keep track of your food intake and help you plan your meals if you need that. I have lost 21 lbs, my husband 30+ . We don’t do it the same way, it has to work for you. It is possible. You can do it.

1/10/24 I am 65 worked out most of my life aerobically. My doctor tells me I’m losing muscle tone. So I figured your routine is the one that will help me to gain back my muscle. I am grateful I found you my friend.

Another great workout! These full body ones are the best! Last week I alternated my days with upper, lower, rest day, repeat, and they were great workouts, but truly, I am a fan of the full body workouts every other day. It just works for me and makes me want to do more. Thank you for providing a variety of exercises, allowing me to pick what works for me at any given time.

Feeling so much stronger! Just finished the 3rd of 3 this week! Please keep these 3 a week full body workouts coming. At 57, feeling so much stronger after about 2 months of consistency. Thank you Cee. I am over sixty and not athletic and have been working with the weekly workouts for the past few weeks. I am already seeing such a difference in my muscle definition and strength. Love the fact that you do not chat throughout the workout which keeps it calm. Also that you have the grace to show that you are also pushing yourself and not just cruising through the workout. I don’t understand how I never came across this channel before. Now I have and I’m jumping from video to video in excitement and don’t know where to start! I love everything I’ve seen so far, the lady is probably my age, but her body 😮😮😮😮 and no annoying long talks before going to exercise - I’m so impressed! Thank you Cheryl for these awesome workouts. I’m 58 and have osteoporosis. I have refused the medications Drs want me to take and I’m trying alternative approaches (no broken bones as yet, touch wood). I have always tried to stay fit but had been finding the motivation, energy and mental levels suffering in recent years until finding your exercises. So I just want to say thank you for making me feel stronger again to combat physical and mental stresses. Free weights are a great tool for osteoporosis. I listen to my body and am careful whilst lifting. I will always try to lift as much as I can to feel like it is not too easy but not damaging anything. Some days I haven’t wanted to do the workouts due to lack of energy but I say 30minutes is nothing I can do this. I’m always glad to finish and feel great for the rest of the day. I would recommend your workouts to anyone who wants to be stronger, happier and healthier into their future years❤

I found your 3x/week full body dumbbell workouts about two months ago and love them. I used to workout and be in great shape, but have dealt with anxiety and maybe some depression for many years now, just now starting to come out of it, with the help of staying consistent with these workouts. I love the workouts and the amount of time. I need to lose about 20 lbs, and feel stronger already. Thankful for finding you!

Today is 4/13/24. I'm 61 years old and have done everything from water aerobics to crossfit. At 61, I really wanted and needed a workout that safely challenged me and helped me stay strong. I want to be able to continue playing with my grandsweeties. :). I just did this workout for the third time. I absolutely LOVE your workouts and am so thankful for them! I was SO sore after doing the workout the second time, I gave myself an extra day of rest. I definitely modify the weight and am using a plate for front squats. I haven't done squats in a while and this really helps with my balance and depth. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into these workouts. They are a blessing to me and are helping me to stay strong in this wonderful season of life!

I also humbled myself to use 5lb weights on the tricep exercise. It's worth it to be able to be stable and have good form.

30/9/23. Completed this workout for the 3rd time this week Cee. Whoop whoop!🙏 New weights have arrived, I know workout 7 will be harder but so much more satisfying . I'm looking forward to a brand new me outside too now.🤗 You've given me hope and strength were there was none. I'm so grateful for all these programs. If anyone is out there like me, 55yrs old, suffering with menopause tiredness, weight gain and general things that drag us down. Ok this is my first post!! I just want to say I love your workouts so much. I am 45 years old and had been looking for something that I could do at home that gradually progressed me in the direction I want to go and you were absolutely it. I have been using your workouts since mid November 2023 and I have been able to consistently do 3 to 4 workouts a week which has been amazing. I’m seeing results. I’m seeing muscle growth and I’m seeing composition change which is awesome, it is slowly but surely, but I’m OK with that. I will continue to utilize your 30 minute workouts. Good evening Ms. Cheryl. I wanted to drop you a comment to let you know that I have been watching your videos for the last six weeks and I feel great! I am 52 and have been looking for a workout routine other than running since injuring myself a time ago. I am feeling stronger and my mobility has improved a great deal. I am still having some trouble losing my tummy, but I will stay the course and hopefully I can get this belly to go down. Keep up the great work!

Dec 8 2023 I realized today doing my workout that I'm no longer bargaining with myself to start my workout. I'm always looking forward to it. I used to tell myself just start and do one superset and see how you feel. Then oh let's do superset 2 and see how it goes. Then we'll I've done 50% maybe just for 75. And then I'd finish and be so proud of myself. I can't picture myself ever quitting now.
