I like your way of presentation which is highly appreciated. I just followed fatloss method madly and decreased weight from 76 to 66 but within 40days due to avoiding food vitamin D became low and I was too tired. Now I follow methods from only this channal❤which is the BEST.

സാർ...താങ്കൾ പറയുന്ന പല കര്യങ്ങളും ഞാൻ follow ചെയ്യുന്നു.6വർഷം gulf ലെ ജീവിത സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ.. ഒരു workout പോലും ഞാൻ ചെയ്തിരുന്നില്ല.ശരീരം വളരെ week ആയിരുന്നു.body fat വളരെ കൂടിയിരുന്നു.രണ്ട്‌ മാസത്തോളമായി നാട്ടിൽ workout ചെയ്യുന്നു.നല്ല change ഉണ്ട്.എനിക്കുറപ്പുണ്ട് ഞാൻ പഴയതുപോലെ ആവും.സാറിന്റെ workout videos കൂടുതൽ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
