Fouad did not say black builders are not strong. He said they tend to train higher volume whereas white guys tend to do more Dorian style low volume training. Hes got a raging hard on for Ronnie, he doesn’t think black bbs aren’t strong. The telephone game strikes again.

I don’t think Fouad was talking about strength so much. He was more talking about training styles. Guys like Haney, Dex, Phil and Rhoden were probably strong but trained more pump style. That’s 4 Mr Olympias that prove his point.

Anyone with a brain who watched fouads podcast knows he wasn’t saying “black ppl aren’t strong” he was saying that most black ppl train higher volume or heavy weight high volume, can you imagine how stupid you would be to say that black ppl aren’t strong? That’s insane

Chris got it wrong Fouad didn’t say black people weren’t strong. He said in bodybuilding black athletes in majority train higher volume and white athletes trained heavier low volume. It’s all context.

Boy Chris you really missed the mark on what Fouad said on his podcast, you obviously didnt watch it, or care to comprehend what was said. Im black and a national level bodybuilder, and nothing Fouad said was saying black bodybuilders are not strong, he said he doesnt know any of the top of the head that are low volume, high intensity(like Dorian). I was in San Francisco 2001 with Chris Cormier and did Craig Titus meal prep. I just cooked his meals. He would pay me 500$. I live on Fresno drove up to San Francisco w my microwave and Foreman grill and all. Chris would go clubbing all night, play PS2, go to the mall, eat Cocoa Puffs np milk and came to our room and looked unbelievable. Was crazy. Chris could have been Mr Olympia or better than Flex Wheeler. He could been Arnold winner and fought Ronnie. If you knew how much FUN Chris would have. Love Chris like a brother and proud of him now. He's doing so good after bodybuilding.

Some of the tanning creams or lotions are actually lighter then some of the dark dark skin tones. So when layering it on it will cover like it does to make lighter skin tones darker and when doing that it will make darker tones lighter. You definitely have to be pretty dark to make a difference.

@Milos Sarcev it's an honor to reply to you. Before all, I respect you and your opinion and watch everything you are on. However, although your view judging is understandable, you argue your view with everyone, seemingly dismissing their views as you are right. I feel your most proactive conversation was with Haney on his Podcast. If Displaying the physique in a routine does not change the placings then I agree that if it isn't counted, then it should be a part of the show . But the competitor has his chance to show his trademark pose in the free posing round. I personally feel 90s bodybuilding was and still is the gold standard but much like other sports the athlete evolves and no matter what our views or yours that will not change. Thanks for all you do for the sport, I'm a huge fan.

@Milos Sarcev I'm saying I don't entirely disagree with your view. However, it seems that when someone disagrees with you, you argue your point, not respecting the other person's opinion (expect when you were on Rombods podcast). Personally, I feel calling the Mr. Olympia, Mr. 5 mandatory poses is disrespectful to the winner. I also agree that the 90s is the goldstandard of bodybuilding, but like all sports bodybuilding has and will continue to evolve. The athlete has the opportunity to present their poses in the free posesing round, that to me would include thier singuture pose to present thier physique the best they can. Thank you again for indulging me with this point.
