Seen this man posted last week. Chris or milos need to visit him during the arnold uk? Or maybe just go visit the uk anyway and teach him how to pose cause he clearly isnt confident posing. He’d be a great client to take on and definitely has potential to quality for the O, THIS YEAR. 43 the time is now or never. He could of definitely beat bruno santos for example in my opinion

What was that arm workout Chris told in previous podcast, I forgot it
@christophercormier41464 сағат бұрын
it’s a 10 minute arm routine a post of seated curls. Super set it with tricep extensions. You must not squeeze the dumbbell very tight because your forearms will get tight and will not be able to finish the full 10 minutes pick a light dumbbell 15 pounds 20 pounds something like this perform it Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a full month.

Chris you say you learned too late about training properly from Dorian Yates, which is hard, heavy, and to failure. Then this dude says he trains just for the pump, and you say “that’s good”. I’m confused here, which is it, train all out or for the pump?
@robertgabrielle59562 сағат бұрын
It's about intent, producing the most you can directly on the intended muscle. Not the weight, Chris was as strong as could be in the gym, but he wasn't tuned in on the maximum contraction and getting the most out of it. So that's what he means by intensity, not just weight... He's crazy strong so he requires that type of weight, but it's a by product of the internal intensity put on the target muscle not the cause of that intensity.
@adamgriff37282 сағат бұрын
@ internal intensity? Never heard of it. I think you’re confused because chasing the pump and progressive overload are completely different.
@robertgabrielle59562 сағат бұрын
@adamgriff3728 I'm referring to Chris training with Dorian. And I mean internal intensity inside the muscle
@adamgriff37282 сағат бұрын
@ Chris trained all out with Dorian, leaving no reps in the tank, all out. Chasing the pump is the opposite of that.
@robertgabrielle595656 минут бұрын
@@adamgriff3728 yeah... So, you're correct about training for the pump is the opposite but you're missing what Chris and I am saying about how it was that Dorian actually trained. The same way it was in eureka moment for Chris when he trained with Dorian I guess if you don't understand what I'm trying to describe then you haven't had that eureka moment as well. It's much more than just training to failure with heavy weights
