Hi Dennis, thanks for this amazing interview! I was wondering if you could clarify what you meant when u said the bubble-gut is caused by food- did u mean that having the organs process huge amounts of food makes the organs bigger, protruding the stomach; or did u just mean having your stomach full permanently stretches it? Would love to hear your experienced perspective
@Culterin3 жыл бұрын
Yeah the large amounts of food you have to eat as a bodybuilder of that size will unavoidably increase waist size a bit. But the big problem is if you eat foods you dont digest well in those large amounts, cause they will sit for longer in your stomach and intestines stretching it out and having ur stomach constantly stretched out will increase the waist size. Some people have no issues either way I think thats mostly cause their digestive systems are very strong and can handle all kinds of stuff. As we know digestion and gut bacteria is genetic like many other things, some people have very sensitive stomachs and IBS while others can eat whatever they want and be fine right?

Nick, Hunter, Ian, Akim, Sergio, and Vitaly the guy from Russia all have really bright futures. The highest I can honestly see Nick Walker at the Olympia is 3rd its possible he can beat Akim, if Brandon doesn't improve Nick can possibly beat Brandon. Bonac and Hadi both would compare pretty interesting to Nick and if Flex Lewis shows up he falls in the same boat. If Shawn can compete he will be very dangerous too I don't think Nick could beat a 2018 Shawn Roden though although they would compare interestingly. The only guys I cannot see Nick beating is Roelly and Ramy as long as they are shredded Nick is that good.
@brucemdlani50053 жыл бұрын
Patrick and Sergio aren't even considered dangerous..and they are the ones calling themselves the Future.
@chickenchokercharlie31612 жыл бұрын
I think that Walker doesn't understand what he is doing to himself, from a health perspective. As we watch young bodybuilders succumb to health problems, he needs to understand that although one feels superhuman at his age, due to size and strength, once things go awry, its difficult to bounce back and difficult to regain health once lost. Ego is a big factor in not confronting whats bound to occur.
