IN MY EXPERIENCE, my T doubled from 300 to 600 when I stopped drinking water from soft plastic water bottles (e.g. Evian). In only two months, and I made no other lifestyle changes. YMMV

@@rikwilkinson7977 I drank from soft plastic bottles for 30 years, thinking it was safer than tap water. It's only been the last few years that I noticed I had all the subjective symptoms of low T, despite my excellent diet and exercise routine. I got it tested, and tried different things - e.g. eating more red meat. No effect. I was starting to seek out trt, because I wasn't about to spend the rest of my life not feeling like a "real man". Then I read somewhere about the estrogen-enhancing enzyme disrupting effects of soft squeezable plastic bottles. and made the change. Big difference. BIG difference. And the blood tests backed it up. Literally doubled my T in two months. Note: It's just the soft plastic bottles. Now I drink spring water from the big 5 gallon hard plastic jugs. Apparently, the bad stuff doesn't leach into the water the way soft plastic does. They seem good enough for me, but I might switch to glass bottles at some point.

Good information, like most of your post. Most of these are good, best practices, but are not magic. For example doing hard squats will raise your testosterone, but only for a short period. No way you can say these things could make your test double, like going from 350 to 700 for an average for the whole day. The only thing that can truly say that, is HRT.

If you go directly from driving to trying to sleep that could be the issue. What sleep experts usually say is --> no electrical devices in the bedroom(TV's etc.), avoid blue light(TV, smartphone etc.) a couple of house before going to bed. Ventilate your bedroom before going to bed, a cold bedroom is the best. I take --> Melatonin 2 hours before going to bed everynight - it helps you fall asleep faster, also if you tend to wake up during the night. There's different kinds of Magnesium(like 11) Magnesium Glycinate is the one you want for better sleep, it helps relaxing your muscles if they are tense. I imagine sitting in the same position for several hours every day could cause some issues aswell, so you might want to look into some stretching + breathing exercises to make your system relax and wind down, maybe even Yoga 😉Phd. Andy Galpin has some solid tips if you struggle a lot, like rewiring your brain to get a good sleep etc. I hope some of this helps, I have personally struggled a lot with my sleep but it's better now. GL👍

I've been using a capsule made by CBRx called Blackout. It is 50mg Full-Spectrum CBD, 5mg CBN, and magnesium. If I don't sleep for a full 8 hours, I still lay quietly in bed for 8 hours. When I stay in bed, I usually drift back to sleep. Even if I don't fall back to sleep the difference between sleeping 6 hours, then getting up vs. sleeping 6 hours and staying in bed for another two hours in quite noticeable. Another thing to do is wear a sleep mask.

@kuyt34002 ай бұрын
5000 is over the daily required intake and taking that amount over time will lead to a buildup of excess in your body causing your calcium levels to go too high.
@waltmozdzer9632 ай бұрын
The RDA for Vitamin D was developed years ago to avoid rickets. I take 10,000 IU daily and feel great. You should make sure you get enough K2 along with D3 which helps calcium get to your bones. By the way, 30 minutes in the mid-day summer sun can give you 20,000 IU of D. Do your research.

Dig a little deeper, Please. The FDA has recommended ONLY 200IU of Vitamin D daily for over 20 Years! That number is way too low, they damn well know that too. Vitamin D3 is an absolutely amazing vitamin and its benefits are off the charts. There are many peer reviewed studies that show 200IU is too low. Plus it should be taken with Magnesium. You really don’t have to do much research to prove what I’m saying is true. I’ll not recommend how much, look for yourself, but 200 isn’t doing much. ( Almost like they want us sick, crazy findings )
