@@coachriteshpatel hi sir, How to message you and how long is anatomy course? Also what are the pre requisite for it? How will be helpful.? I am very beginner to yoga. I don't know head and tail of it. I just do surya namaskar and sirsasana for now. I was very interested on knowing self, health conscious, self realisation, aligning the very biological geometry and much more. Later found the same is possible by yoga - bhakti. JNana. Kriya. Karma. So slowly I am learning bits and pieces. I really don't know what is required to complete the puzzle and whether it will be complete or not

Sir paadhastasan me aap knee fold rakhte ho but kuch teacher straight rakhte hai and region dete hai ki jab knee straight hoti hai to hemestring aur calf muscles engaged rehti hai

Namaste Pundri Kaksh Mishraji... Thank you for watching the video and your comments, Both are right according to its circumstances. for ex. If I do not have a back pain, Or due to any reason there is a hamstring pain or glutei pain.. ie buttock pain then its always better to bend the knee and go for a forward bend, where you will get less stretch on the hamstrings but your lower back will be safe.. But incase the student is young, athletic you can defiantely give him a straight knee hamstring stretch. so Pundriji it all depends upon circumstance...
