I've been surfing through a lot of videos looking for some sort of solution to a problem I can't get rid of. I've had a painful burning sensation in my lower-mid and occasionally upper quads even after going up the stairs or doing a single squat for about a year now. I've had nerve tests, a MRA, a MRI, and have been to countless appointments but nothing has changed. I was wondering what some of the causes could be for exertional bilateral quad burning? I do run very often and this problem is has caused me to hit a wall. (I understand this video has absolutely nothing to do with this question, my apologies.)

Namaste Ember sef.. Thank you for watching the video and your comments, there are lots of questions to be asked before I can help you with the burning sensation that you have.. like.. how occasionally and when.. the degrees of pain ? what gives you pain ? Does Stretching, Strengthening or Myfoascia release helps ? Does it only causes when you have an intense activity or generally it always happens ?. sometimes.. I requires a good amount of case study to come to a conclusion... so let me know. take care, keep smiling, Namaste

@@coachriteshpatel it is completely constant, the cause is exertion. The degree of pain depends on the length and intensity of exertion. The pain stars mildly and increases over time. Because of my running, I should also note the faster I run the quicker the onset. I’d wager you know what lactic acid is and maybe feels like, and that’s what I’d compare the pain to. Taking a week off, stretching, and foam rolling all help to relieve the symptoms, but I have never fully recovered.
