Dat Nguyen Yates was a competitive bodybuilder that won the Olympia 6 times. he wasnt a fitness model. he trained hard...and sometimes injuries happen. he said that he regrets training hard all year but thats just who he was....HARDCORE

Love it . I do 3's x3 per set . So 9reps . But only hold on last rep. Sergio has the shape. I had my picture with his father in Elgin Illinois when I smoked the teenage division in npc. Paul demayo was there also Kim chiveski.

This workout is for the 1% genetic elite. Just like a Jay/Ronnie super high volume AND heavy with semi sloppy form routine... won’t do much for nearly any normal human. View beware. Most should stick with an hour in the gym... combine perfectly crisp strict form with max poundages in a progressive overload fashion. 6-8 reps upper body, 10-12 for lower body
