Treat-NMD the Neuromuscular Network (treat-nmd.org/patient-registry/muscular-dystrophy-registry-of-pakistan/) are undertaking a patient registry project in Pakistan. If you contact them they may also be able to advise you on support services in Pakistan. In Dubai there are no muscular dystrophy specific charities, however, the Rashid Centre for People of Determination offer outpatient support services for disabled children (rashidc.ae/en/out-patient-services/#).
