I believe that music relates to a certain audience but I'm arguing about the real connotation of music, and fortunately Muse are held in this context for me. In my opinion Muse are a vent of rock, blues, electronic music and indie tendencies; their approach changed over the years, that's a sort of personal style, it took off and it got slowly adorned by the hopes and the competences of these guys! A sturdy merger of rock and classical music if we focus on their debut album, a raw but dynamic progression of rock on their second record, a softer balance on Absolution, a way to experience electronic music and somber vibes on Black Holes! I might go on with my thoughts about each album, when they put out a new CD critics sever: someone highlights the newer perspectives, someone literally bashes the band by a continuous search of its former attitudes and the undeniable thrust to the rock vein of such a great band! It's not correct because a band grows and evolves, if music turns out to be groundbreaking and worthwhile you'll never repel any effort and you'll never feel the distaste of listening to any tune! That's what being a fan requires, we're aware of that and we proudly rate our favourite artists of all times.
