I lived in Seattle for 8 years and just moved to Georgia for college. I'm feeling really homesick right now and seeing this video really brightened my day. Mother Love Bone was the original Pearl Jam, before singer Andrew Wood died from a heroin overdose. Later, Eddie joined and replaced Andy; and renamed the band after his aunt Pearl's home made jam, that made you high. After that, only the drummer was changed from Jack Irons to Dave Abbruzzese, who played for them from '91 - '94.

The bass drum with blanket is because keeps vibration down and would even change the tone of bass drum depending on how packed you have it with blankets or pillows to keep it a low thump instead of echoed type thump or at least that’s why we did it back in day so I’m guessing they probably did for same reasons. It helps a lot with way sounds

Not just Pete Townshend himself, but I believe The Who made it more popular to destroy instruments on stage even though a few musicians tried it a few years before they did. The Who were great - at both music and destroying their stuff.

22:20, That is the real deal! confirmed by both Lou Carlucci and Jim Doyle himself, it is owned by a private collector who has permanently loaned the armature for the display, the leather was made for it by Mark Petrie by Knifegloves, since the original leather long since disappeared after the the glove was used in the teaser for Nightmare 3 and when they were building the hero glove for that film, the glove was also used in Part 2 as well, compare the middle rivets and backplate shaping

Klendathu is the planet the bugs in Starship Troopers are from. Mondas is the planet the Cybermen from the original Doctor Who are from. Mondas is in the same orbit as Earth, just on the opposite side of the sun. So it makes sense it's like Earth, just upside down.

Mondas is the origin of the Cybermen in Doctor Who. It’s essentially an alternate version of Earth where humans have decided to remove all emotion and individuality to become “upgraded.” The planet somehow gets to our reality as a “tenth planet”.

Just to answer some questions; #1, that "flying police car" was one of the iconic "Spinners" from the movie "Bladerunner. And #2; the "Staff of Ra" was used in 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' to help Indy find the location of the Well of Souls, where the Ark of the Covenant was kept. You can find the clip easily on KZbin. #3, Devo was not a Grunge band, they were progressive-New-Wave. I hope that info was helpful. =)
