Now the many criminals killing robbing innocent civilians should fill the prisons, more farmlands should be open for the prisoners to be productive. Every move should be swift smart and effective. Those abusing their responsibilities, positions, authority, government, citizens etc should find their safety in prisons. Make it unsafe for criminals to be roaming freely.

Prison officers are the most disciplined forces in Uganda putting to shame UPDA ( NRA Millitia dressed in UPDA uniforms) and Police whose duty is uphold law and order but are busy breaking laws amongst other things are beating inocent Ugandans and stealing from them
