MUSHROOM AND GREEN PEAS CURRY / VEGAN RECIPE BY BLUEBELL RECIPES

INGREDIENTS
400g od sliced button mushrooms
1 and 1/2 cups of frozen green peas
2 medium size tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp of cooking oil
1 inch cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom pods
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/3 tsp of crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of ground coriander
1 tsp of ground red chilli
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
