Always loved that there was lots of great miniramp skating in this. Julio's two lines on the indoor ramp were so smooth, using both shoulders, and I feel like that went under the radar at the time. Love the handflip on the vertwall, kept his line going so well, I love when people can smoothly tie in non-grind tricks in miniramp lines. And of course Latimer on that bare-ply AZ ramp is just iconic.

Dave Temple was from Kansas City. Co-founded Vibralux. Got Joe Navran on the come up. Pretty important dude for being a mystery.

Thanks again guys, these are great so please keep them going. We didn't really have acces to a lot of videos growing up. The closest skateshop that might have some videos in stock was in Amsterdam about a 2,5 hour drive or train ride away and ordering online wasn't really a thing yet back then, so a lot of these videos are new to me. The local bookstore stoped stocking dailybread around this time too so we were pretty in the dark on what was going on with skating. Having you guys share your thoughts and giving a bit of context make the viewing a lot better as we were so far removed from the industry/culture at this point in time

Still have the vhs in clamshell case sitting in my wood-grained vhs caddy. There was so much hype around this video, even for us on the east coast. I'd say equal amounts hype, beige cargo khakis, and sneaker tongue 5th element puff.

It's wild when your small town not known for anything blading related and to your knowledge wasn't good for street skating... was a paradise apparently to Sizemore. 2 decades ago. (I've met plenty of bladers in that town through eras though. I meet bladers everywhere)
