I thought it was on 150 even though the display says 50. I always play 150. I've noticed displays being wrong a couple of times like with lap count before, but I did play it in the Lemin CT Pack and it said I played at 150.

This is an utter abomination of a track that has no business being anywhere near other custom tracks, let alone base game tracks. Someone who saw this thing for the first time would probably believe it is completely unfinished. So basically, huge props to whoever ported this! It is extremely faithful to the original and captures the experience of playing on the original almost perfectly.

You are kind of wrong with that last point. MKW peaks is still hard, but for a completely different reason. The mushrooms there are farther apart, and the mechanics, while still jank, are less so because you have more control (you still can't turn very well, but landing on different parts of the mushroom gives different bounce heights). You're right about it being an utter abomination, though! And it's still accurate if all you compare is the fact of it being hard at all.

Yeah, this is my first time seeing this track and I genuinely thought it was either unfinished or the brainchild of an 8-year old with access to track creation tools, between the absurdly angular track, the weird coloration of boost pads, and the fact that the only elevation changes are across gaps the likes of which a number of light characters can't hope to clear just made this feel like a beta test and not a finalized map.

This was an Mario Kart Wii custom track. One of the 1st. The physics engine it works best with is MK7, where it got remade into Mushroom Mountain by Ferv.
