Hi! Earlier in the description here was specified the source of video. But I forgot and Friends of Royksopp changed the description( The only thing I remember that it was the videoclip from the band which I was listening few years ago. But... we're living in the Internet Era) Get the author onesize.com/projects/the-american-dollar-music-video/ And check out the song too, if you like post-rock or just good music

@@neekomo you mean theres a source video? well crap and i had a near complete remaster of this in the works. well atleast i have a source to go by now thats explains the crap frame fate in this video it was slowed down. i couldnt find anything that rendered a video out to 19 fps lol. amazing how this video works way better for this song than the stock song it was tied with.

This video is a person (In my case a man) looking back on his life as he is in his twilight years, old and broken down and basically with nothing left, hence everything moving in reverse in the video. His friends and family are dead or at least gone (the animals and dead, barren landscape in the video). Even the mountains (his strength) are gone at the beginning. The landscape represents his life both in his physical body and his experiences. He is old and has nothing left but memories, so we are viewing him as he is, and as the song progresses, what he was, what his experiences were, etc. You'll notice the flies at the beginning and the dragonfly near the end are moving backwards, illustrating a trip back through his life. It's a beautiful song. I often put it on repeat and listen to it for an hour at a time.
